It's a competitive world out there. There' so much good stuff and the trick is to avoid being overlooked. I can't count the number of times I have passed over a really nice dress or item simply because it didn't stand out; the picture didn't stand out or the styling of the item was lacking. You have a very small window to grab a buyer's attention. The hardest part really is getting people's attention- billions of dollars spent every year on the right ad campaign, in magazines, blogs, etc. I think this shop really gets it.

 New Zealand born Kelly Reid, graduated from Wellington Polytechnic's Fashion Design program,  interned for Derek Lam over the summer of 2007.
