I’ve wanted a vintage Burberry trench for well over 3 years now. While waiting to find an excellent condition version in as close to my size as possible that wouldn’t break the bank, I bought other versions from Zara, the Gap that stayed my appetite but not quite. This has to be one of my best buys in a while – together with the bag (more on that later).

With trench, bag and sunnies in hand, my little $19 (not including the 20% off coupon I used) Forever21 dress ended up looking like a bigger deal than it actually is. Now, I’m feeling fully prepared for the fall… well, there’s that scarf. Down the rabbit hole I go.
