HAPPY MONDAY: BANGKOK IN GREEN

That was way way too fast. I’m back now and I’m sorting through the boatload of pics and videos I took while in Bangkok and in Siem Reap, Cambodia. Anyone who says you can do Bangkok in a couple of days seriously needs to explain to me how they do that. I’ll be providing detailed recaps over the next few, highlighting my absolute faves, minor letdowns and surprise discoveries. In these pics, I am on the grounds of The Siam Bangkok– hands down on my Top 5 list of places I have stayed. There’ll be more on that as well to come. The entire time I was in Bangkok, I really didn’t want to buy anything from a store/brand that we have here in the US. I was very happy to discover Jaspal (a Thai fashion brand along the lines of TopShop/Zara). As soon as I spotted this dress, I knew it was going to be mine. I actually had to go to a second location to find it in my size.
