BOUNCE: BACK TO WORK

Hate to admit it, but like the saying goes, the first step is acknowledging the truth… I have slacked off on my fitness regime.  It happened ever so slowly… I wasn’t paying attention until I realized that things I always did quite easily like running up the stairs for the train were starting to feel like a chore, (like out of breath after a few flights).

I’ve been looking to implement the right tools and apparel to get me back on track and I’ll be sharing what those are over the next few.

First up, is the AlphaBounce, the new line of running shoes by Adidas. The timing of a collaboration with FinishLine couldn’t have been more perfect and adequate for my needs right now. I’ve heard it said that you’re more prone to workout if you have cute workout gear. I’m going with that even though it doesn’t sound exactly scientific but hey, it’s motivation.

The Alphabounce, is designed using motion capture technology which studies the movement of the foot to help create optimal support and comfort. Adding to the comfort of this shoe is the innovative Bounce cushioning which provides enhanced comfort and flexibility. There’s nothing better than comfortable running/workout shoes.
